Have you been inspired by the Bath Half this year?

We have launched a pilot project in collaboration with HCRG, Better Leisure, and No Regrets Running.

The aim of the project is to give you the opportunity to increase or start exercising with your own targets. It could be that you want to have a higher intensity walk, start jogging or maybe build to a 5k or more.

Some of our participants have started with the aim of a brisk walk and now have their sights set on participating in the Bath Half Marathon in 2026!

This is achievable and with the excellent support of No Regrets Runnings, qualified running coach, you can be guided on how best to achieve your targets, and avoid the common hurdles that many people encounter when they take up or get back into exercise.

What’s great is that you are in control, with this project you can join at any moment. You do not have to wait for a new group to start, if the time is right signup and join in. Even if you feel like turning up on the day that is okay.
